Remote Terminal Software For OS/X.
• Developed portions of the OS/X components for Aqua Connect Remoter Terminal Software (ACTS).
• Wrote a load balancer tailored to work with ACTS.
• Worked as part of a small team to develop the AAP protocol which is 5-10X faster than the RDP protocol.

• Provided expert witness testimony and consultations on issues regarding e-mail, the internet, and computers. Evidence that I provided in one case was instrumental in obtaining 100% of community property in favor of the firm's client.
• Completely revamped the Law Offices of Nejadpour & Associates' IT systems which resulted in a 20% reduction in support staff while increasing the responsiveness to clients.
• Built a web based scheduling system for a law firm, which provides cell phone integration. This was using a LAMP server using PHP and bash scripting for multiple law firms.
• Developed a portable multi-platform language compression and retrieval system using C.
• Built a virtual memory database core for an engineering workstation using C for Aspen Technology, Inc.
• Developed Java applications to parse e-mails and publish those e-mails to web sites for Prairielaw.com.

Digital Cinema Software
• Upgraded, debugged, and internationalized configuration software for cinema audio processors. Worked with an outside firm to port this software to the Palm OS platform.

• Developed components of the XD10 Cinema Media Player. This embedded media playout system uses the internet to distribute and schedule and media to individual cinemas.

Digital Cinema Software
• Designed and wrote the audio subsystem for FilmStore, a digital cinema player which reduced the per unit cost by $5000.00.
• Worked with vendor to design and implement required changes to the hardware, drivers, and APIs.
• Worked with in-house hardware engineers on hardware design for new equipment.
• Developed software for use in post production and mastering digital cinema.
• Developed components of Filmstore, (a Digital Cinema Server) and MotionStore (a cinematic post production system). This software was used in producing, distributing, and playing Star Wars: Episode II, Attack of the Clones.

• This started as a regular employment in March 2001, which was converted to contract work in September 2002, which ended in 2003.

Language Translation Software
• Designed a modular infrastructure for a lightweight language translation engine
• Involved in raising money from investors and forming strategic alliances.

• Ported OS/2 Printer drivers from CSet to Visual Age C++ which resulted in a 25% performance increase.

Groupware Scheduling Software
• Solely responsible for the design and coding of improvements and the maintenance of Windows and DOS based LAN/WAN/Internet scheduling applications. The Windows version of the product consists of over 250,000 lines of code while the DOS product consists of over 130,000 lines of code. Refactored significant amount of the code.
• Aided other engineers in porting to Macintosh and Server versions of products.
• Aided other engineers in the development of internet based applications.
• Worked with an outside translation firm in producing international versions of CaLANdar.
• Worked with customers and support engineers to solve client problems.

Integrated Navigation Systems
• Debugged, maintained, and enhanced CD-ROM based embedded real-time navigation systems. These systems were used by the United States Coast Guard, Canadian Coast Guard, the United States Navy, the navies of five other countries along with large commercial and pleasure vessels.
• Instituted version and release control for development. 
• Rewrote program and driver code to support new CD-ROM drives and graphics cards and moved the software to work with any CD-Rom.
• Added features requested by the Navy as a result of the findings from the Gulf war.
• Communicated with beta sites regarding problems and enhancements of navigations systems and software.
• Used "C" and 80X86 assembler language in both PC DOS and ROM-DOS environments.

Producers of SytosPlus, a leading tape backup package
• Used "C" and 80X86 assembler language under DOS and OS/2.
• Developed SytosPlus (both DOS and OS/2), as part of a small team.
