Someone asks, "Are you crazy?" Don't they know yet?
How are Volkswagen's Y2K Bug sales? Do they charge extra for a Y2k Bug fix?
Police officer pulls you over and asks, "Do you know why I pulled you over?" Don't they know?
You receive a automated call saying "we have an important call for you." If it so important, why doesn't a real person call?
You call a company and while sitting on hold you hear, "Your call important to us, we will answer your call as soon as possible." If your call was so important, they would have enough people that you won't have to wait.
Aren't most of the Y2k problems caused by abbreviating things?
You have a sign on your door that says, "NO SOLICITING." Someone comes to the door saying that they respect your NO SOLICITING sign, then proceeds to solicit you.
When getting a refund on your credit card, they require you to sign the credit receipt. How many people complain about receiving extra money back?
You are asked, "how would you like to pay your bill?" I don't, but I usually pay it anyways.
At the airport, they ask if they can search your bag. Do you really have a choice?
When you tell someone something, they respond, "really?" Does that mean they think you were lying to them?
Someone tells you, "truthfully.....", does that mean they usually lie to you?
Someone calls you at home and asks, "where are you?"
Someone shakes you and asks, "are you asleep?"
Your girlfriend asks, "Am I dressed to sexy?"
My wife asks, "do you want coffee?"
A parent says to a child, "do you want a spanking?"
If everyone is out to get you by making you paranoid, and they succeed are they still out to get you?
The police pull you over and ask, "Do you know why I pulled you over?"
