Main complaint: Both wrists and fingers achy and painful more than one year. Last year both wrists achy and painful. Sometimes better, sometimes worse. When worse, pain radiates to elbows. When working, both hands feel numb. Patient states that he works on computer long hours for a long time. Pain is not related to weather.

Sometimes neck and back feel achy. No other medical problems. Tongue coating is thin and yellow. Pulse is wirey.

Make 5 appointments once per day
Complete rest for 5 days.

After accupuncture both shoulder and arm achy and numb, is getting better, but not stable. Sometimes better, sometimes worse. Normal x-rays.
